The plan & what you pay
Growth Factory offers one subscription plan for a designed, hosted small-business website: $49.99 per month, on a 12-month agreement, with no setup fee. The subscription is a recurring monthly charge for the duration of your agreement.
The subscription covers the design, hosting, and upkeep of your website as described on our home page and in our fulfillment & activation policy. It does not include services we do not list.
The 12-month agreement
When you reserve a website, you enter a 12-month agreement. You agree to maintain the subscription for twelve consecutive monthly billing periods. The $49.99 monthly price is fixed for the duration of that initial term.
After the initial 12-month term, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis at the same price unless you cancel, and you may cancel at any time once the initial term has been completed.
How billing works
Billing is monthly and recurring. Online self-service checkout is not available at this time. Today, reserving a website starts a conversation with our team, and we will arrange billing with you directly.
When online payments become available, card payments will be handled by our payment processor (Stripe). Growth Factory does not receive or store your full card number. We will update this policy before enabling online payments.
Cancellation
To cancel, email us at hello@growth-factory.ai from the contact address on your account, or use the billing management tools we provide once online billing is available. We'll confirm your cancellation by email.
Because the plan is a 12-month agreement, a cancellation request made during the initial term takes effect at the end of your committed 12-month term; after that term, cancellation stops the next monthly renewal. Your website remains available through the end of the period you have paid for. When your subscription ends, we stop hosting the site.
Refunds
There is no setup fee to refund. Monthly subscription fees pay for the current month of design, hosting, and support. We want you to be satisfied — if something is wrong, please contact us first and we will try to make it right.
Billing disputes
If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us at hello@growth-factory.ai first so we can review it quickly. We will investigate and correct any genuine billing error. Contacting us directly is usually the fastest way to resolve a billing question.
Changes to pricing
Your monthly price is fixed for your committed 12-month term. If we change pricing that would affect you after your term, we will notify you by email in advance so you can decide whether to continue.
